I am a nineteen-year-old railway photographer, author and journalist based in West Cumbria and a volunteer guard at the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway, which runs for seven miles through the fantastic scenery of the English Lake District.

I have been involved at Ravenglass for over five years and have amassed an archive of more than 13,000 photos.

I also write articles for various publications, including the journal of the Cumbrian Railways Association, Rail.co.uk, the Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway Preservation Society's quarterly magazine and the Egremont Today. I have also co-authored a book, Ratty Album Volume 3, released in April 2011.
